Job description

Our Client, a leading contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior quantity surveyor to join their Commercial team in June 2024.

This is a new and exciting role for a dynamic individual who is looking to for an autonomous role.

Our Client, a leading contractor specialises in delivering sustainable solutions in the construction industry.

As a forward-thinking organisation, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and drive commercial delivery in the Civils & power infrastructure sectors- these include civils, power, water and rail.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or QS looking for their next step. You will be responsible for all commercial matters from tender stage through to contract completion, it is a great opportunity to have full autonomy and responsibility on portfolio projects

In this role we require a Quantity Surveyor who has experience of dealing with NEC contracts Some general civils and renewablesprojects experience would be of benefit but not essential. Experience of managing multiple projects at a time will be key to success in this role with in a tier 1 or tier 2 contractor.

Requirements

You will ideally have over five years experience in a similar role within the construction sector, and be able to offer good references.
